Updates and fixes

getList query updated to using new frequency attribute for put a species name
at the first postion in species name autocomplete list.
This frequency value updated when users query species names.
Affected files: getList.php,main.js,query_builder.php

small bug fixes: update_mapfile, update_fields

assemble_query updated to avoid query layers where query string not
defined.
