upload forms: display default values

api list: sticky bit for list fixed
new default value: _email
put the logined user's email address into default input field

list with zero or 1 element not displayed any more
input field with fixed element not displayed any more.

new api_params: none
meaning: do not display this element
it is only implemented on the web interface yet
