2 upload table updates...

1) I have updated the autofill function ajax call on web form. Previously
it fired several parallel ajax calls, which was slow and caused bad result
on grupped_fill function. Now, it packed into only one ajax call.

2) The autosave feature (functions) could overwrite other ajax calls, so
I put in a check to run only when no other ajax calls are in progress.
