0 as NULL in list fixed

This was an arror of quote function which returned NULL instead of 0 if
php variable was integer.

Incorrect data was created when the file was uploaded, if the field type was a list and contained 0, and the sheets were not paged.
Although it is not a frequent scenario, data tables shoukd be checked in
all projects which contains list fields and 0 is a one of the possible
element of the list.
