Examples of module parameters added to defult modules

New comment structure:
# Module
## read_table
# File
## read_table.php
# Description
## Read a table or view into a dynimac html table and give an encrypted link to it
# Methods
## check_table, list_links, adminPage, getMenuItem
# Example
## public.dinpi:faj DESC,szamossag

The example can be multiline, and it is appear as a placeholder in
module parameters' text_area.

The description is now being processed, but not yet in use ...
