custom shp label, HD72 transformation...

- custom shp upload: label column support added
- HD72: geom transformation fixed if project string is "Hungarian_1972_Egyseges_Orszagos_Vetuleti". It is very annoying that epsg:23700 has many different names, because I can apply epsg:srs correction based on its name.

Currently these name are considered:
'HD72','HD72_EOV','HD_1972_Egyseges_Orszagos_Vetuleti','Hungarian_1972_Egyseges_Orszagos_Vetuleti'

The update string is:
