Orphaned columns in "database columns" page

If someone deleted or renamed a column, this caused troubles, because
the column's registrations preserved in the metaname table.

Now, the orphaned columns (metaname entries without existing columns)
marked in the admin page, and automatically dropped when the admin save
the metaname table.
