Move up-down over drop-down menus

Move up-down over drop-down menus in upload table added.
Change selected elements with left-right keys, move right from the cell: TAB

get_form_data api call fixed

This bug appeared if somebody tried to get form elements from a non
default table. The column list was not complete...
