Bug fix: saved import long temp table name

temporary_tables.upload_PROJECT_sessionid()_saved_REF naming schema
could be resulted longer names than the maximum 64 characters (for a postgres table name).
I have changed the REF, to be much shorter (32->10), and removed the 'saved_' string from the names, because this was not necessary.
