Fixes, and pds updates

Autoskip updates:
Autoskip is not checking "skip boxes"
There is no more "skip marked lines" warning for autoskipped rows, when uploading data

Web form update:
Line numbers started from 0, fixed, starting from 1.

PDS:
training toplist with usernames, or without usernames.
my data function: Query data of my uploads with optional limits.
getData function update: geometry (for obm_geometry column) as WKT
string
