Photo attachemnet upload, file upload from image (exif)

Two new things implemented:

1) Extracting exif info from the uploaded pictures and if it contains
GPS coordintaes - users can set this value as geometry.

2) File upload from images. It means you can upload data from images,
like xls or other table formats! In this case the extracted exif info
forms the data lines.
