bug fix

coord_query got epsg value from box_load_coord module.
if the module was turned off the epsg was undefined.
now if the module is off, the default epsg is 4326.

bug fix

after deleting the taxon search string from the text filter,
the multiple taxon select field ws not emptied so the results contained
only those 20 taxons
