Legend styleing and behaviour, report/custom report

Map's legend - a mapserver feature - can be
configured to display using biomaps/project_variables -> legend column
(boolean)
Here is an example of map setting (private.map):

In the mapfile:
LEGEND
TRANSPARENT on
STATUS OFF
KEYSIZE 18 13
KEYSPACING 8 8
LABEL
TYPE BITMAP
SIZE MEDIUM
COLOR 255 255 255
END
END

In the Layer:
LABELITEM    "project_id"

Show-hide lagend window with click-dblclick

custom_report varaible names chaneged to report...
