simplified qtable in query string

qtable in URL can be used without the PROJECTTABLE prefix
E.g.
long qtable:
http://openbiomaps.org/projects/public_nestbox_data/?report=15@cinke&qtable=public_nestbox_data_observations

valid, shorter url:
http://openbiomaps.org/projects/public_nestbox_data/?report=15@cinke&qtable=observations
