sql_aliases function, query_api interface

%F%, %J% query string markers processing were used in several places. I
created a new function: sql_aliases which give an array when called with
these processed aliases.

On the upload history interface the number of uploded data rows called
the query_api to display data from the selected upload. I've
reconfigured this window to provide more shiny interface -> filter
boxes, header and footer not displayed here.
