These are the final drops here ...

I've forked the 2.1 from 2.0 branch. Not because these are so lot codes
but because these lines chenged a basic rule in OpenBioMaps:

- Now we are supporting the data line based access rules.

I think, with this modification I've solved the all complicated
coding which caused several problems around the access rights. Now, it is
very clear and simple and much faster than any previous solution was.

Sorry for the lost open philosophy...
