Some improvements related to projects' SQL functions
(taxonname,taxonlist, history)

Auto history function changed:
I've add a new column to history table: data_table varchar (64). This
improvement let the multi-tables projects to use the common history
table. The table name will be stored in the data_table column.

I have add support to point,linestring geometry to pick up geometry from
simple list format (kml copy-paste).

multi-geometry column support added in upload forms.
