api_params handling on project admin page. These are control paramters
for mobile application or other api based form handler. See some values
in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1avUm2KqwvJilL6WFK4qgbQwtN695juyhsFxDzoLO1z4/edit
relation handling on project admin page. This is also a control
parameter. If is this set for a column its value will be checked or set
based an other column's content. E.g. set weight range based on sex.
