bug fixing in taxon update
Introduced JSend AJAX responses (https://labs.omniti.com/labs/jsend)
Various function responses transformed to success-error-fail type JSON
message array by the new common_message() function (common_pg_funcs.php).
In the local communication the jsendp() function (functions.js) parse this array.
