- "pseudo columns" as a new option creating upload forms added to the
project_forms admin page.
- soft_errors as a new option added to the mandatory leveles. Soft errors
as a new option for the obligatory fields. The soft_error marked columns
make behave as the the other obligatory fields excepting the user can
ignore the error message by typing a a word.
- Bug fixing related Koszti's date format checking.
- Colour coding of non-obligatory,obligatory and soft-obligatory fields
has changed.
