Some improvements related to real multitable support
project_admin: trigger function
Create_Project_SQL_functions: flexible table handling
Create_Project_plus_tables: new function to create additional tables.
Currently it support the history and taxon tables with all tables within
a project. It is not ready, there is no interface which use it!
upload_funcs: bug fix on species list listing error on autogenerated list
