[OBM Admin] PostGIS probléma

could not connect to server: Connection timed out (0x0000274C/10060)
Is the server running on host "dinpi.openbiomaps.org" (193.225.29.34) 
and accepting  TCP/IP connections on port 5432?


Megnézem a logokban hátha van valami racionális oka. Elsőre azt 
gondolnám, hogy vagy hálózati probléma, vagy nincs több szabad 
kapacitása a szervernek. Ha az utóbbi, akkor megnézem, hogy vannak-e 
állítható limitek ezen a téren.
