Hi Attila,

Thanks for your mail! The db_funcs.php has recently changed to support 
different postgresql versions. In some
server there are more than one running postgresql server side by side.
We can distinguish these servers using different port to connect to
them. Therefore I've introduced the  POSTGRES_PORT constant in the
connection function which should be defined in
the /etc/openbiomaps/system_vars.php.inc

  define("POSTGRES_PORT","5432");

This is an important config file which contains your local
connections information and therefore never updated by the
obm-gekko-updates.

Please add the line above to 
/etc/openbiomaps/system_vars.php.inc
to solve your connection problem!
